What should one typically spend on renters insurance for an apartment>?

Geico cost me right under $200 a year. Crazy NOT to get it.

I think mine is around $10 per month, but when I added it to my auto insurance at State Farm it actually ended up saving me $10 per month.

I want to say mine for a year was in the $200 range

Mine is around $17/month for $25K property and $100K liability coverage

Many apartment complexes or landlords(for rental homes) actually make it a requirement that you have renter's insurance. Like another person mentioned....I just combined it with my auto policy at State Farm and the multi line discount from combining the policies paid for my renter's insurance each month.

stupid not to get it. water pipe busts or something, you're covered, not to mention burglaries.
