Salad recipe - "American Harvest Salad"

1 Package chopped lettuce with cabbage and carrot - 8 oz
1 pack of guacamole (I prefer "Wholly Guacamole") - 7 oz, only one "bag" in regular container. No 100 cal packs
1 quart fresh blueberries
18 oz salsa - I use Marketside Black Bean And Corn Mild Salsa, I would strongly recommend using a similar type if making substitutions. I also could not see a medium or spicy salsa working with the blueberries, but I could be wrong.
Clean and prepare all items as normal. Add lettuce, then guacamole, then salsa, and finally blueberries to a large bowl with a sealing cover. Cover bowl and shake vigorously up and down and side to side for 10-15 seconds. Open and stir with large serving spoon. Does not keep well, so serve immediately after preparation into soup bowls.
