With Krags coming in do yall think we will see as many RBs splitting time as we have in the past?

I think we will. I think we will run the same offense we have in the past, just modified. Maybe not as much spread offense. Just my opinion.

yes. We still have Les calling the real shots after all, and as long as he's here (fwiw: forever) we will have a successful running back by committee offensive scheme with one back (Ware) getting a little bit more carries than the others.

Porter is gone. Wilson is still.here. krags is a qb developer with less personnel changes.

You won't see a difference in the offense/play calling at all...You can book that!

Any reason the play calling differed dramatically between 2006 and 2008-present?

i hope we have less personnel changes overall esp. the "packages" on offense. too confusing and interupted the flow of the game imo. it also seemed to tip off the opposing defense. it also seemed to me that often when a player made a great play he was pulled from the game (sometimes for a long time). it was like, OK, you did good so your done. let's let somebody else get a chance. i really think that krags will have more authority on offense than many think. sure, his philosophy must jive with miles and sure miles will probably call some plays but i think krags will get the green light.

I can't image LSU only using one back. Our stengh is all the different backs we throw at you

Les wants to run the ball every play and regardless of how the o line plays we will run the ball 3 times and punt against any decent defensive team. Les is very easy to game plan against. That said his guys pour their guts out for him and he runs a clean ship so I support him.

I just hope we can execute a HB screen.

You should probably stick to teaching golf. I know you've seen his stats on home openers and bowl games. Those are times where coaches had extra tim to gameplan against Miles. They didnt fare so well.
But as for the OP, I share most of these guys sentiments. You'll still see running back by committee, but unless Ware gets fumblitis or is just completely ineffective ( )you will see much more of him. Thats just my uneducated opinion though.
