The phrase "promoted to the point of incompetence" comes to mind when watching this. Basically, people do one job well, so they keep getting promoted until they are out of their league.
After watching this, its obvious Krag is extremely competent when it comes to managing an offense. Could be that the pressure of the bigger head coaching job at UL was just too much for him at that point in his career.
He seems relieved that he no longer has to deal with all of the crap a head coach must handle.

as skeptical as I was upfront, this interview literally blew me away.
It's one of two things.
Either Krag has been reading the rant for the past 6 months, and addressed every issue we had with his press conference to shut us up....
Or, the much more likely choice, this guy was being genuine. He took real questions and gave real answers. Our defense is going to be SOOO much better with an offense than runs more than 58 plays with 27 min TOP.
