Maybe but I'd prefer our head coach not pop a kid in the chest WHILE he's injured.

So your saying you wouldn't take a Saban back. He an azzhole but win championships and will win more in the future. Pelini is alot like Saban. I would be extremely happy with him. Yes miles won a championship but hasn't done crap since Sabans recruits left in 07. Just saying

Didn't our players dump Powerade on Pelini after we won the national championship?

they only stick around for 4 years anyway. saban wears on kids, too. its not ideal, its just a way to get kids to respond

I would prefer a coach that would harden our 5 star prima donnas up a little.

Bo would be perfect!

As far as Miles being a "nice guy"...well lets just wait until he leaves oneday and I will have some stories to tell you. Lets just leave it at that.

this is retarded. Players loved Pelini everywhere he's been. they're not gonna quit bc their FB coach is a hard arse

They players on the 07' team sure seemed to like him. They gave him alot of credit for the success of that season. Pelini has a coaching style very simular to Saban, IMO.

If I was the AD Pelini would be the first person I'd call if Les left LSU

The main reason really isn't his crazy sideline shite. I just don't think he'll be able sustain the recruiting level that Nick & Les built up.

In that case, maybe they were hoping he would drown because they hated him so much.

Haha, I always figured that Les was not the "nice guy" that he put on to be. He has always struck me as a old school coach and old school coaches are not "nice guys".

Coaching wise, he is a players coach. A "nice guy".

I was referring to other things outside of football but thats for another day.
