Fred's friday night
Parade ground is easiest for first time tailgaters
Lower bowl, between the 20's at least 15 rows up

Chimes or Walk-Ons for food and some drinks.

Bulldog or downtown friday night...

First time on campus or just to a game?

You'll get this really shitty feeling in your stomach when you see #9 come on the field. Don't worry. This is normal so enjoy yourself.

Feel free to boo if JJ is in the game and continues to play like garbage.

all seats are reserved, so you'll have to sit wherever your tickets are....

where to tailgate really depends on when you will arrive....don't make the mistake of overdoing it on Friday, as you'll need to get to campus early on Saturday to get a good spot...I would honestly recommend not planning to do much setup at all, since you don't really know the ropes....just plan to come in early and park int he free lots....then you can cruise the campus all day checking everything out....you'll find plenty of food for sale around the stadium and can pretty easily kill a half day just watching the band and players come down the hill, etc....

Do not get the hot dog either. You should just drink some whiskey on an empty stomach, and have someone punch you. That is how you will feel.

Friday--Chimes for dinner/Downtown (3rd Street) for going out, but like others have said, DO NOT over do it. And we mean it.

Saturday--get to campus early, if a late game, get to campus even earlier if a day game. Wander around and introduce yourself to people that have something good cooking and they'll probably invite you to sample some. Try to park on-campus, depending on where you are staying and how you approach, you should be able to find some free and safe parking. (Watch the areas to the north of campus)

Watch the players and the band going down the hill (about 3 or so hours before the game).

Where to sit--where ever you can get a ticket. Hopefully, Ole Miss won't be too difficult a ticket to come by....people sell tickets near the stadium if you come to campus without.
