Skipped the fried chicken, bbq chicken and mac & cheese, and just ate some chef salad. Also skipped the ham, turkey and roast beef poboys.

Yes air and cardio. I fasted mon then ate pretty light a few days. Had Chinese today so I may be back up 4 tomorrow

My Friday to work which means, my day to grab the donuts.
I wanted to bring those cake donuts to my office!
Nothing for me. I am having a semi-bad lunch today so no donuts for me!

So Yesterday I did a 20 mile bike ride, crossfit, and 18 holes of golf (day off of work)
In all of that time I only had about 550 calories. Treated myself to a dairy queen blizzard..probably the worst thing ever still dropped .3 lbs

Worth it. Might hit the bike tonight for the first time in forever. Need to get back to that again.

I am down to 242 from 285. I am going to continue to cut until I see my abs one last time in my life. I believe I willhave to lose 7-10 more lbs to make this happen. I have had great success on the paleo diet and have finally gotten over my carb addiction after a month of Paleo. Still get to eat all of the great meats I enjoy just leave the bread, pasta, and rice out. I highly reccomend Paleo if any of you are looking for a healthy way to drop lbs.
