Where is the cheapest place to get this? Could it also be diced/cubed for me?

Call Choctaw Provisions. Ask for some random cvp chicken breasts they have them in 40# cases. Diced/cubed is probably out of the question.

What he said. Also Sam's has case prices as well.
And you can cube fifty pounds of thawed chicken in an hour or less.

Price should be in the $70-80 range for the case. Probably more cuz Choctaw is pretty proud of their groceries when it comes to walk in business.

THis. There used to be a place right by them called Joe Christiana's but I think they went out of business recently. Not sure though.

In Nola? If so try the Chicken Mart on the corner of Jackson and Simon Bolivar.

Where are you located?
In NOLA there are several places: F. Christiana's, Marques Foods (they have a retail market also), Bell Foods, Conco, PA Menard, Natco, etc. All are wholesales and would think they would sell a whole case to the public. Random chicken breasts are cheap and so is boneless thigh meat.

Christianas' is still in business. I would suggest giving Scanlans' a call over the chicken.

Wasn't sure, the old man Joe who owned the place died a few weeks ago. And who is Scanlans'?

Yeah, at least do 50/50 thighs/breasts...and it's easy to cube if it's flighty frozen still. And depending on the knife and your knife skillz, I'd plan on two hours.

well if you are on St John I would go with the STT Plaza Extra.

Jambalaya.
Last time I didn't find Sam's prices to be that cheap. I think it was still well over $2/lb.
