has got to be the Big Ten conference. They picked up a terrific traditional football power that's on the upswing and travels well. They don't need to do anything else except add a Championship game and they'll be the 2nd best conference in the nation now, imo.

Agree. TAMU was also a winner. OU showed that it is powerless to texas and was a loser. Tech and Ok st. stand to be big losers if they allow unequal revenue sharing, as they stood to be in a better position in the Pac 16. Missouri is the luckiest school.

I agree. Couldn't have worked out better for the Big 10. Nebraska is a great fit culturally, academically and athletically.

Short term, based on their money shortfalls, but I think in the end, they will prove out to be on the short end of the stick.

I certainly think over the long-run TAMU would have benefited from a move to the SEC, but I think it at least gave TAMU the self satisfaction that they are not completely dependent upon Texas, unlike every other school in the conference.

COLORADO is a HUGE winner as well.
Despite what the no-nothings say.
They were an awful fit for The Big 12.
Their recruiting and alumni base is CALIFORNIA.
They can't be successful in a Texas-centric league.
They have wanted to be in the Pac-10 for at least 15 years.
When i first bought my CU tix in 93, there was STRONG sentiment for moving west, and CU was a perennial top 10 team at that time.
After the short term hit,and all the Texas/Big -12 orchestrated hate, this will be an awesome move for them .

Texas is evil, but clearly a huge winner.
Agree that TAMU wins in the short term but loses longterm. The failure to differentiate their recruiting from Texas may permanently cement them as the "little brother" in Texas.
The Big Ten is a huge winner. Get a title game. Put the screws to Notre Dame. Got a great football program to balance the Big Three (Michigan, OSU, PSU).

SEC.
Big 10 gets harder for Ohio State to breeze through and make it to BCSCG without breathing hard.
PAC-10 loses USC for at least 3 years as a threat to make the postseason. Adding Colorado doesn't change the mix for the balance. They beat each other up at a Class AAA level.
Big 12 pretty much the same--Texas vs. OU for the title, with or without a conference championship game.
