Any ideas for a nice place and some other more casual places?

I went to SLC for buisness about a month ago and there is a great place to eat and drink downtown that you need to hit up, live music most nights too...food was really good.

Park City
350 Main
Had a couple really good meals here.

Pretty good Thai food.
Wasatch Brewery at the top of Main St. is pretty cool. They do beer samplers of all their beers brewed in house.
There is a Mexican joint at the bottom of the slopes in Mountain Village that isn't too badly priced for location and does good happy hour specials.
Also, I can't remember the name of it but in the Village there is a casual Pub/Grill(moose something I think) that is owned by a LSU grad, and he has some memoribilia hanging up which is pretty cool.

There's a ton of spots on Main street. For fine dining, we like Zoom (Robert Redford's joint - very good), Chimayo (good upscale Southwestern food), and Riverhorse Cafe. I also hear that 350 Main is good, but haven't been there. As far as casual goes, our favorite is a little joint called the Spur - very unique. Also, everyone that goes to Park City has to end up at No Name Saloon at some point. It's usually packed and very loud, but it's fun.

In SLC, Bambara in the Hotel Monico is good. In Park City, Zoom is great.

Also in SLC, Tony Caputo's Market and Deli and Main Street Grill (downtown, Seafood).

ETA---for those of you in this thread...feel free to throw in THINGS to do that don't involve skiing....I have a daytime to kill.

spa at the st. regis...my wife took a day off from skiing a couple of weeks ago and hit that place up when we were up in deer valley. She said it was great.
By the way, taking the furnicular up to the St. Regis for lunch, dinner or drinks is pretty cool too...but that's more of a night thing because of their fire beach.
