Looks like Kevin Wilson may have his choice of either La Tech or ECU. He was not making very much for an OC. He might light up Tech.

A plane from Univ of Oklahoma Airport came and left from Monroe yesterday. Supposedly there's a press conference in Ruston at 3pm today. Wikipedia said "LaTech head coach" for Kevin Wilson's entry earlier, and then someone deleted it, haha.

Interesting. footballscoop.com (I know, I know) is reporting that Wilson will not be the HC despite reports to the contrary. Also, it seems odd that Wilson would ride an OU plane to take another job.

Yeah this ride seems to change every ten minutes. Now people are saying it might be Sonny Dykes, the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of Arizona.

FootballScoop has just learned the head coaching job has been offered to Arizona offensive coordinator Sonny Dykes.

Dykes has been a candidate the whole time. This whole thing has been ridiculously secretive. I've NEVER seen such silence and speculation in Ruston before.
