The "Orlandeaux" chapter of the LSU Alumni group is looking for some cooks to help us throw a bad-arse tailgating party for the Capital One bowl. We are looking to feed 150-200 people, so we'll also need the cooks to provide outdoor cooking equipment.
If you're coming to town & are interested in helping us out, please let us know!
We are willing to work out deals with paying for the food and possibly even game tickets! Please let us know ASAP so we can start planning the party!

geauxnic,
I'm heading west to Baton Rouge right after Christmas just as the team is coming this way, but game tickets for my son and I could possibly help persuade me to come back a little early. I have a ten gallon cast iron kettle that can feed at least 80, and I do catering with it here in Jacksonville, with a damn good Jambalaya.
I really don't know if I can cut my visit that short but figured it would be worth a conversation. If you post your e-mail address I'll copy it down and you can then delete it.

If you fly me in I'll cook for you. Just got home from helping feed over 170 people today (poor & homeless).
