How the hell did Javier Arenas get the nod over Peterson? That is a joke. Punt and Kickoff returns have nothing to do with defense

Ciron should'nt have made it,and no way there's a better cb than PP in the SEC.

Wow, can't believe Black made first-team. It just further proves that these awards aren't always handed out solely based on performance....

Also, Peterson not being on first team is laughable. IF he and Arenas switched teams, there's no doubt PP would be first team.

The problem is that this is mostly subjective. A lot of the voting is due to hype. Any of us that watched Black play saw that he regressed this year. I also doubt that haviair youranus had more pass breakups and interceptions that Peterson but am not going to take the time to look it up.

His team went 12-0, won the SECC, and didn't have a meltdown on national TV.

I thought Coleman or Sheppard deserved to make it, but when Spikes and McCoy are 2nd team, it's hard to argue.

It's not Patrick Peterson's fault that people refuse to throw the ball anywhere near him.

I would also put Lafell over Shay Hodge. But I'm biased.
