He said something, I think in the post-game interview, about trusting his QB with the game or something? Basically throwing JJ under the bus. Does anybody have the transcript of that or a link to where he said it? TIA.

I'm actually serious about this question. Did he say that? If so, where and when?

Post-game locker room interview. I don't remember the exact quote, but you got it. Miles/Crowton have done nothing to develop Lee or Jefferson. Or, if this is all that either are capable of, you need to call plays that mask their deficiencies. Either way, it's the problem of the guys making $4M and $0.5M per year.

Check this LINK
Q: "When Terrance Toliver makes the catch, what's happening between (quarterback) Jordan Jefferson and the sideline?"
MILES: "I do not. The only thing I can tell you at that point in time, it's "» the "» what we needed to have happen was run an offensive play or kick a field goal — one of the two. Apparently, you know, obviously, he felt like ... I do not know who told him to clock it. OK, and I'm listening to the headphones. You cannot clock that ball. I don't know that that call was ever made. So ... I ... uh ... again."
QUESTION: "Do you know what Jordan was signaled on that play? Do you know?"
MILES: "I'm going to have to find that one out. I'm listening to the headphones, and I'm ... there is no clocking it. There's no chance to clock it."
QUESTION: "After Brandon LaFell's catch got you in field goal range, why not not risk a pass at all?"
MILES: "Well, we, we talked about runs. And um, um, didn't want to turn it over. And frankly we lost a runner and we were down to Stevan (Ridley), who would in my opinion probably have done a great job with that carry. But we felt like the quarterback could manage the situation. And that was my mistake."

Well, the quarterback didn't manage the situation. He made a mistake that he shouldn't be doing this far into his career. If it would have been Lee out there, the rantards would have been calling for him to be cut from the team and to transfer to a div iii school.
And don't say they wouldn't be.

You are soooo right about that. By they way, how is that throwing his QB under the bus. Every body and there brother says JJ should have thrown the ball away and not take a sack. I'm willing to bet any coach would say the same. Did you see Saban when his QB took a sack . The little bastard damned near had a heart attack throwing his headset. Shown on national TV at that.
