The public version will probably be that he's leaving to accept a job somewhere else. Either way, I'd say the chance of him being at LSU next year is maybe 5%.

Les is disgusted with Crowton's inability to create an offensive philosophy, execute at a high and consistent level, and develop QB's. People said Skip would never fire Smoke, and Les's cleaned the defensive house last year. Look for Crowton and Stud to be working somewhere else.
