how do you like to make yours?

i like to mix the yolks with some mayo and mustard and put that back in the egg part and then top them off with olives. my parents have made them that way since i was born and i just stuck with it

Mustard, mayo, a little sweet pickle relish. Then sprinkle the stuffed egg with a little paprika.

I do the same as both above and have the flavor down but mine are always either too runny or not creamy enough (lumpy). I need a good technique
P.S. I was told to add pickle juice to the mix

Like most everyone elses, yellow mustard, mayo, dill pickles and sprinkled with paprika or slap yo mama, but I also take some of that pre-cooked bacon and make it crispy and chop that up and top the eggs with it, gives it a smoky taste and some different texture.

Smash yolks with a fork, add mayo, mustard, a squirt of tabasco, Lawry's, pepper and the key ingredient.....curry.

Ooh--I forgot my mom used to do this. I'll have to try this out again soon. Thanks for the reminder!

mix with mayo, a little mustard, a little garlic powder, Tony's, and sometimes add a little sweet relish for the sweet n spicy taste and topped off with paprika.

My key ingredient, other than those mentioned above, is diced fresh jalapeno.

For variety, instead of paprika, put a slice of black olive on top - sort of like a black-eyed Susan. It makes a good presentation.
