City of God should be #1, and it really isn't up for debate.

only if someone's filmic palette doesn't know how to discriminate between the rich subtleties of an amazingly textured movie to that of a noir-fluffed, cgi fest, bolstered by one good acting job in the entire movie (Heath Ledga).

Man, what a terrible list. The only ones that should arguably be on there are the LOTR and Memento and they got the LOTR order wrong anyway.

Memento was good and original, but not in my top 10 and I wouldn't think many other film buffs' either. Top 20 for sure.
1990's>>>>>>>>2000's as far as quality movies goes.

Memento would be my number 1.
2-5 would probably be:
Oldboy
City of God
No Country for Old Men
The Prestige
Popular
