Is this your assessment? If so it's poo poo.
If not, link?
Edit:
Also describe what you mean by "TOP QB". Do you mean most winningest? Best looking? Most SB's?
Explain. Bcs if your talking SB's then Roth deserves to be up there. If not, then Brees needs to be much higher on that list. Not being a Homer either. The dude is that good.

My list is based on a combination of winning and productivity. The list is my opinion, which obviously rubs some of you the wrong way. I guess those of you that have responded so far have no opinion, b/c I see nobody putting up a list that can be argued to be better than mine.
Also, speaking to your criticism, why is my list bad? Please explain.

He blows. If you replace him with half the guys on the list they do the same thing as far as SBs. He had the 24th best QB rating, 21st best completion percentage, 14th most yards, 17th yards/game, 15th in TDs, and 4th in Int last season. He was 17/15 Td/Int last season. He is average at best. The fact people are saying he could go to the HOF for his SBs makes me want to

First of all you have a tie for 1st...pick one loser, you got Cassel at number 8 and he's only played one year in the NFL...and it was for New England of all teams. McNabb is less decorated than Matt Ryan?????
and last but not least....WRONG BOARD fricker!
there you happy now?

Calling someone's opinion stupid without reason is about as irresponsible as it gets. I think most pundits would agree with my list.
Submit your list so I can recklessly call yours stupid as well.

I'm going to side with the thread starter here a bit. Whether you agree with his list or not... he posted his opinion and nobody else has had the balls to put their own list together and make the tough calls. I'd imagine its not easy once you get past 4 or 5.
But here's my thoughts, my list is really the list of qb's i'd want on my team moving forward:
1) Tom Brady
2) Peyton Manning
3) Drew Brees
4) Phillip Rivers- Dude is a great passer, a good leader, very passionate, young and still can get better.
5) Tony Romo- I think Tony is a fantastic player. He's only been playing a couple years in a circus called Dallas Cowboys. You put Romo with a coach and or organization like Belichek or Payton or somewhere else with a stable team and I think Romo does even better.
6) Matt Ryan- Upside is amazing and he played incredible as a rookie. Could be top 3 in a year.
7) Jay Cutler- He's been an excellent player. Worried about some off field issues but on the field, he's been a fantastic qb.
8) Ben Roethlisberger- Could make an argument he can be higher but the dude just wins. Yes he's been on good teams but he's also made clutch plays.
9) Eli Manning- Pretty good qb, lacks some team leadership but has developed pretty nice. Doesn't always have the efficient qb numbers.
10) Aaron Rogers- Quietly played very well last year and since he's young and has very little tread on his tires, he should be very productive for years to come.
Next tier: Matt Cassell, Kurt Warner (getting old so i left him out), Pennington, McNabb
I don't know what to make of Carson Palmer. You would think his leadership would have been established in Cincy and he would run that team but he hasn't and that worries me.

Where's you list tough guy? And you can have your 32 year old career 58% completion passer and 85 passer rating douche of a qb.

WTF is Romo doing at #6?
And you have him #5
Pure speculation

There's no way Romo is only two spots down from Brees.
Brady is NOT consensus #1 either.

Compared to Brady, Brees, Manning, and Warner he does blow. He is not on their level at all and was ranked 3rd. If anything he is fifth, but way below the 4th spot. I question if he is that big of a difference for winning Pitt Super Bowls. I think there is a good list of QBs in the league who could have got the same results with those Pitt teams. There is no doubt the difference Brady, Brees, Manning, and Warner bring to the table; however, in the case of Big Ben there is.
