Think that’s confirmed. You don’t get a triple double as a center and almost multiple other triple doubles in a quarter of your rookie season by accident

I know but it was still worth it. Queen is pretty much a guarantee at this point and you don’t know if the guy we draft next year will hit
It does suck not having a pick but the caveat is that we have a young star which is what we need right now

If they pick 4th or lower, maybe.
But the top three if this draft could all be superstars.

Idk Queen looks like a bona fide superstar to me. 33/10/10 in limited minutes 1 month into his rookie season

Currently there’s only 3 guys in this upcoming draft who I’d be upset about not getting. Honestly been a lot of underwhelming players so far outside of the top 3. Still early tho

If Queen would be thrown into next year's draft and you had this preview of what his pro career would look like what pick do you think he'd be? We got a top three pick next year. His name is Derik Queen and we hit on the pick. People are assuming you'd hit on next year's pick and that's far from a guarantee.

I know they have the Atl executive saying they cannot believe we offered a pick without protections.
