Why bicker about how to do it when the FCS has been doing it right all along...
13 games per team, 9/10 conf games (whatever works)... no conf champ games...
Top 24 teams get in, top 8 teams get byes... play on higher seed home field until the semifinals... no more bowl games...

And Green Bay or Chicago... I would love to see how a team from Florida or California would react to playing up north in December, which is probably why it will never happen...
