To those of us who think J6 was a Fedsurrection, Jocelyn Ballantine was THE most evil prosecutor. She made her bones with the bogus Proud Boys case.

The fact that she is still employed by the DOJ in D.C. is shocking. The fact that she is the lead prosecutor for the Pipe Bomber case should set off alarm bells.

Jocelyn Ballantine was one of the Department of Justice attorneys assigned to Michael Flynn’s prosecution. The Department admitted altering evidence in the case following a reprimand from the judge. She called this an inadvertent mistake at the time.

Ballantine also provided altered documents to Sidney Powell, and submitted an FBI interview report with redactions to information that was crucial to the case, according to En-Wikipedia. When the US government threw out the case against General Flynn, Ballantine declined to sign the motion to dismiss the charges against him.

Jocelyn Ballantine was later assigned to the infamous Proud Boys Trial.

Ballantine and the Biden prosecutors made up evidence, pressured the defendants to lie to the court, planted evidence in the Proud Boys chat group, and led the charge to send the innocent men to prison for over a decade each.

Ballantine is scum.

On Saturday, investigative journalist Julie Kelly told Steve Bannon on the War Room that not only is Ballantine still working at the DOj – But she was assigned the January 6 pipe bomber case this week.’

What the hell is going on?

Julie Kelly: I wish that this was not true. I guess my only thought here is that the new leadership at the DOJ and FBI are not aware of who this individual is, Jocelyn Ballantine, who was the lead prosecutor. She led the team of government lawyers, DOJ lawyers, who went after the Proud Boys.

And I covered that trial. I covered that in 2023. She is among the worst of the worst. When I was asked to help submit names of J6 prosecutors who should be fired, she was towards the top of the list.

I have a piece up that I posted last night when I disclosed this, that Jocelyn Ballantine is the lead prosecutor in the Brian Cole Jr. pipe bomb case.

I covered her, and this was a huge scandal during the Proud Boys trial that, of course, no one was covering. But the defense team discovered this spreadsheet of FBI correspondence going back and forth, where agents were talking about destroying evidence. They were talking about surveilling, spying on, eavesdropping on communications between Proud Boys, who were all in pretrial detention, federal prison, and their attorneys.

They were accessing that communication and some other malseasance. So the defense team found this spreadsheet, accidentally, of course, and they wanted to use this as evidence. They were, at the time, questioning an FBI agent, a government witness, and they were going to start presenting what they found in the spreadsheet.

Judge Tim Kelly, who, by the way, is good friends with Jocelyn Valentin, they worked together in the DC US attorney’s office. They worked on cases together. Judge Kelly abruptly cuts off the questioning as the defense attorney is about to present this evidence to this government witness.

A day or two later, Jocelyn Ballantine goes into court, claims that that communication represents classified secrets, classified information, and should be withheld from the jury, which, of course, Judge Tim Kelly went along with.

That’s just one example of what she did leading this team of prosecutors against the Proud Boys, who were, of course, then convicted of malicious conspiracy. Then she went ahead and tried to throw the book at them and put some of them in prison for life, like in Enrique Tarrio, who ended up getting a 22-year prison sentence until, of course, they were all commuted by the President…

…This is where they wanted to send Trump to prison forever. They sent one guy for 20 years, but they were looking for life sentences. They destroyed so many families. They destroyed so many men. She’s one of the most demonic there.
