I'm seeing chatter on X that the FBI knew who the pipe bomber was in 2021 but didn't

release his identity or prosecute him because he was a black BLM supporter and they (the FBI) were trying to establish the MAGA insurrection narrative. Sounds plausible, but is it true? Is there any proof out there yet?

Of course the FBI knew, the FBI was responsible for Jan 6, wholly. Jan 6 does not happen without the FBI manufacturing it.
