Look, no time to panic. Was this team a top 25 team? Maybe not. However, they are nowhere near as bad as they played in the 1st half.

Any team under Matt McMahon is bad. Accept reality enjoy the few good moments this year and cheer on the new coach next year

Frankly I’m ok with men’s BB being an also ran as long as funds are spent on football and baseball. But I’ve never cared much about basketball at any level so I don’t know

He has his roster, he has a big enough player budget to be competitive, and we are seeing the exact same deficiencies. We have seen throughout his entire time in Baton Rouge. It is year four, the excuses are over. This team is soft, defensively lazy and lazy with the Basketball. This has been the staples of his team for four years.
The first eight games met absolutely nothing.

Auburn lost by 30 to Michigan and 20 to Gonzaga. I won’t judge on one game or one half. Will se how they respond in 2nd half and how they play next Saturday against SMU.

Hard to compete with 10 of 16 from 3 pt range. It'd be hard to beat that percentage in warm ups.

Those teams also have other wins against the net top 100. We do not. When you play a crappy out of Conference schedule, getting your doors blown off by the few teams you play doesn’t help.
