What have you accomplished today?

Dropped the kids off at school- 7:30am
Crushed leg workout 7:45am-9:30am
Cut grass for the last time until spring 9:45am-10:30am
Showered and bathed the dogs 10:30am-11am
Started a load of laundry/put dishes away 11:15am
Organized the garage 11:30am-12pm
Meal prepped for the rest of the week 12-1pm
Still have 2 hours to kill before I have to pick up the kids.
May go get in 9 holes
All this on top of a 45 hour work week.
But yet the fats of America claim they have no time to exercise!! SAD!!!

Lets see, made it home by 730 am.
Watched an episode of Nashville.
Caught up on emails from overnight.
Had a meeting with my boss.
Created a new process document for work.
Followed up on some projects.
Did laundry.
Went out to lunch.
Watching Nashville again until 5 or something else comes up at work.
Tonight I have a meeting at 530 then done for the day.
Life really isn't that hard of overwhelming if you stay on top of things and are organized.
