In general, since ICE raids started around the nation, I've noticed less Hispanics around, and hearing even less Spanish being spoken. Maybe it is just sort of placebo effect, but I think it is true. Now that the sweeps are coming hear locally, I wonder how many I'll see and hear this Christmas shopping season?

Before Trump started deportations, my local walmart was packed with spanish speakers. Went this past Saturday. Didn't see one isle blockaded with a latin family reunion. That's what I voted for!
