What can be objectively said of his pure coaching ability? He does make some questionable calls at times. Is this something that will get better as he learns?
The players clearly play hard for him, and of interest, penalties have been better as the year has gone by. I can’t recall any other game mgmt ie TO issues like earlier in the season.
There are those who say he doesn’t pass the eye test because he has no fire on the sidelines and seems apathetic at times. What do y’all think? I believe with an improved roster we will have more data to compare, but there are a litany of failed wonderboy OCs turned HCs that couldn’t cut it historically.

In order to define a clear chain of command, can you first define the Loomis military title?

Every coach has questionable calls/decisions. How many times did Payton have questionable calls while on the sidelines? Wasting TOs at the end of the half to have it bite the team in the arse. The insistence on end arounds, especially with TEs, in short yardage situation.

Hell McDaniel tried to run it on 4th down with his 3rd string RB that barely saw the field all game when Achane was carving the defense up
