I'm so damn happy for Verge.
20 years ago I couldn't get an answer regarding a gameday parking question that I had. I saw his email listed and figured what the hell, let me try this guy. He responded almost immediately and was just so incredibly helpful. If he was that responsive to my frivolous email I can only imagine how on top of important items he was.
