I probably would have said Rams before today, may still lean that way, but a loss to the Panthers is hard to overlook.

This year more than any of the last several seems to be wide open.

Are there any good teams in the NFL?

Rams
Packers
Patriots
Broncos
Texans
Bears
Seahawks

Bucs and Niners if they get healthy
Eagles when motivated

Youd have to take Bears seriously if they get bye and home field

Its wide open

Panthers have beaten the 2 best teams

There's no singular dominant team because there is no consistently good QB play.

Maybe Seattle or the Broncos now. I believe in Darnold more than Bo on that.

If the Ravens get in the playoffs, I think they can win the AFC, but you obviously can't trust them at all.

Ravens are terrible IMO they barely beat the Jets and Browns at home

Lamar isnt right

Then again the AFC is pretty weak. 2 best teams (den and hou) have shaky QBs and are not dynamic on offense

And the Cowboys have beaten both SB teams from last year.

The Panthers are certainly capable of winning the NFC South this year

I still don't get how they lost to our beloved New Orleans Saints at home by 10 points though.

I guess that's just the NFL for you.

I think you have to give Denver a lot of credit but let me see what they do in the playoffs. I've seen really good Sean Payton teams screw the pooch in the postseason before.

And I'm not still really in on Bo Nix.

The Jacksonville Jaguars. I was in Neptune Beach, FL two nights ago, and an amateur street guitarist was playing Freebird, perfectly; for me and about 3 other people. It’s was a sign. Jags are the shite. Always have been, always will be.

Best team in the NFL does not mean they are going to win the title. Each team seems to have a glaring weakness that is going to hinder come playoff time..more wide open than ever before, whoever gets hot at the right time.

I'm inclined to say the Packers and Bills are the two best teams.

All In.

Nix/Peyton will win a title before all is said and done, as long as Vance Joseph remains the defensive coordinator.

Not really a thing. Teams are hot until they aren't. Teams are cold until they explode. It's a week to week game

Contender flaws are significant. Decent chance the conference champs are just those who end up drawing the January matchups that play up to their specific strengths/weaknesses

I don't know about that. Look at the Colts right now, they started 7-1 and people were acting like they were a first round bye, they've gone 1-3 since then and are in danger of falling out of the race. Confidence is contagious.

They lost by 3 to a 7-6 team as a West Coast team playing a 1:00 PM kickoff. It's pretty easy to blow that off as a fluke.

Probably Burrow's Bengals. Burrow has won 8 straight starts.
