Notre Dame is like Israel. The playoff committee doesn’t like it when you criticize them, and they’ll find a place at the table for them. Don’t you worry.

You don’t think ND is one of the best 12 teams? Vegas gives them the 3rd best odds to win the national title. Vegas knows a thing or two.

They're one of the 12 best teams; absolutely wouldn't be filling a spot for a better team right now.

Notre Dame's last loss came in Week 2 by 1 point to A&M.

Miami shouldn't have lost in Week 9 to SMU if they didn't want to gamble their fate.

Doubt the Committee weighs Week 1 as heavy.

They shall and they will. BYU beating Texas Tech is about the only thing that will keep ND out.

At home, 3 months ago, in the rain, in a freshman QB’s first game by 3 points. Context matters.

These same idiots will say Bama losing to FSU week one doesn’t matter.

ND is in.

If nothing else, the committee will have them in based on eyeballs on the TV. But, they’re also a very damn solid team.

I’m with you on ND being out. Maybe a chance if Bama loses.

They need to at least #10 because of G5 and ACC champs and if BYU upsets TT they have to be 9

So isn’t it basically a choice between ND and Miami?

In for sure

Ohio state
Indiana
Georgia
Texas Tech
Oregon
Ole Miss
TAMU
Oklahoma
Bama (assuming they win tonight)
ACC Champ
G5

Then what's the point of playing the games in the first place?
