That's dumb. O is an outstanding DL coach. Kyle is good but he doesn't have the record O has in that position, not to mention recruiting.

Worst case they move him to analyst job if he wants to stay I would think. I don't think anyone should be telling our new coach who should stay on his staff.

Love that hes a tiger, but let's not act like Kyle has thia Dline playing like their heads on fire. Its slightly above average at best.

Best scenario is they keep Kyle, bring in Coach O for assistance and also give Coach O Recruiting Lead. I wouldn't necessarily put him in charge of the whole recruiting department, but he would have substantial input.
