The BBB just passed with the approved funding, thats hiring and training 10K and on boarding by January, thats warp speed.

Also idiot are the people who either refused to or were/are incapable of understanding that the only way to achieve funding for very beneficial things like this was/is by some level of negotiation, resulting in what we now know as the BBB. Same is the case throughout our government’s history. But somehow those types of folks believe either (a) it’s possible to achieve every single thing they demand, while the other side is left in shambles with no input and no say, and no choice but to accept whatever is forced on them, or (b) rather choose to do nothing of they can’t achieve their entire list of demands. Lol, doing nothing to prove some idiotic, senseless point hurts your own self (and progeny) the worst of all possible options.

Watch them, they’ll come in here all high and mighty like they’re smarter than everyone, declaring that it’s better to do nothing and watch it all burn down (around them and their families, mind you) than to budge a millimeter, on anything, ever.

Had a boss 40 years ago, he said Trini when I was in the military I managed a nuclear silo facility closest to DC. Had one of the highest ratings of readiness in the drilling they did nationwide.

Had a general visit one day with a senator head of appropriations. Had everything spic and span. We had an auxiliary road about a mile long from the highway and had the boys manning it up to 30 min before the general arrived so no trash would blow onto it.

General arrives, pulled me aside and said "Sam the senator noticed one of those cellophane wrappers from a cigarette pack on our road to the facility".
I said sir it must have blown in a few minutes before and asked if he wanted to see our success record on readiness. The general replied "Sam, the senator cares about cigarette wrappers, he doesnt give a fck about your readiness, and he gets pissed he doesnt fund our missiles and you dont have a fuking job to get ready for".

He said he learned two lessons, one he didnt want to be in the military and two, and most important Trini, ALWAYS remember the gray, its never black or white.

Need to add another “zero” and make it 100,000 agents.
