I bought a surface Gen 4 from eBay last year for under $300, AMD with 16GB of RAM. It was used, but so clean it felt more like refurbished.

you need to state a budget. there are way too many options otherwise.
here is the one i picked up for my mom for christmas. should be functional enough for the money.
