A federal appeals court has upheld a penalty of nearly $1 million against President Donald Trump and attorney Alina Habba, concluding they committed “sanctionable conduct” by filing a frivolous lawsuit against Hillary Clinton and former FBI Director James Comey.
“Many of Trump’s and Habba’s legal arguments were indeed frivolous,” 11th Circuit Court of Appeals Chief Judge William Pryor Jr. wrote for a unanimous, three-judge panel, including Trump appointee Andrew Brasher and Biden appointee Embry Kidd.
Here is Politico's little victory dance

The ruling is the latest rejection of Trump’s legal crusade against his perceived adversaries, and the second rebuke by the 11th Circuit in recent days. Last week, a different panel — which included two Trump appointees — shot down Trump’s effort to revive a lawsuit against CNN over its use of the term “Big Lie” to describe his bid to subvert the 2020 election.

Pryor is in no way a liberal judge.
"On May 16, 2016, then-presidential candidate Donald Trump released a list of eleven individuals from which he would pick to fill the vacancy left on the Supreme Court by the death of Antonin Scalia, including Pryor.
At a Republican primary debate in South Carolina, Trump said the following about Supreme Court nominations "we could have a Diane Sykes or you could have a Bill Pryor, we have some fantastic people."

Judge William Pryor Jr. is a Republican. Used to be AG of Alabama. Andrew Brasher is also a Republican, appointed by Trump. Both are members of the Federalist society.

A lot has happened since May 16, 2016. Forget about the validity of this lawsuit. Better than 90% of the judiciary hates Trump. I promise you he is biased or scared.

I worked with Pryor. He is the last person I think would be "biased or scared."
This doesn't bode well for whatever super duper RICO criminal trial that allegedly is going to kick off in Florida next year. This same Court of Appeals will hear any appeals.

I would love the IRS to audit Politico, especially after they've lost all of that 'subscription' bounty -- which Doge found and canceled from government employees using their 'credit-card' to purchase for work.

So what you are saying, bitch, is that Trump nominates fair judges.
at least until Pryor does something you don't like.
Now cite a dem-appointed judge that is not a lockstep piece of shite.

saying nothing of substance, thanks for pointing out the solidness of Trump's judicial nominees
Is there anything more gutless than a leftist white male lawyer, particularly one who tries to hide it?
