Not a lawyer but can we stop with MOU talk? Aren't MOUs worthless

well i don't think kiffin has signed anything anyway. or even made a decision.

Non binding and really only mean that there is an understanding between 2 parties

MOU's are like legislative resolutions.....virtually useless unless they are continuous

They’re worthless. I sign dozens a year and only a handful of those deals ever close.
