A federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. ruled on Thursday the Department of Transportation's (DOT) restrictions on immigrants obtaining commercial driver's licenses cannot be enforced.

The restrictions were announced in September, after an illegal immigrant truck driver was accused of causing a tractor-trailer crash that killed three people in Fort Pierce, Florida.

CDLs are federally regulated. If DOT says no illegals, then those assholes don't get CDLs.

That judge can get plowed by a billion illegals' AIDS-infected dicks.

I know it's not as sensational but I've fixed it for you:

Federal judge rules DOT did not follow proper procedure when creating new rule on CDL eligibility, or explain how the rule would promote safety

Judges need to face the consequences of their actions.

Judges (since this was an appeal panel) should be locked in a conference room with the families of their victims for 2 hours.

BTW, APA doesnt apply to emergency rules.

This is asinine. DOT has every right to regulate commerce, it’s a specific power granted to fedgov by the constitution. Big trucks are interstate commerce. They can deny a CDL for any reason they like. Being a legal resident or citizen and being able to read/speak English are perfectly reasonable requirements considering the need for safe highways

It’s a good thing I’m not president because I’d funnel money through a black ops group to pay cash to an illegal to drive a big rig through the judges home

Fuzzy Dunlop says there was some language in this order that confused the judge or som'n like that so its all therefore null and void and its all trump's fault for not doing it right so all the CDLs have to be returned.

Hope you don’t get mowed down by an illegal with a CDL friend. You sure seem to support it
