This Gruden clip shows you how overqualified he is for the LSU job

So how do you think a coach who was in his prime in the early 2000s would relate to today’s player ? sounds to me like could be another Brian Kelly thing and if I’m correct, maybe he might have a little controversy that comes with him too
Just saying, also name one QB that he is really actually developed

I’ve seen him do those coaching sessions like that plenty of times on ESPN
And you still didn’t name one QB he is actually developed. He’s supposed to be the QB whisperer, name one.

Why does he keep fingering himself?

You don't think 100% of NFL head coaches/former HCs can draw on a board how to beat a defensive coverage?
It doesn't show he's over qualified, it shows he has forgotten more about football X's and Os than the average rant poster knows.

He’s one of the most overrated coaches in NFL history.
Only won with Tony Dingy’s roster and did next to nothing else
Hasn’t coached in over a decade
Never coached college
Carrie’s some baggage
One of the few hires that would make me just stop caring all together about LSU football. Would be as bad or worse than Belichik at UNC

His overall coaching record is 117-112 (51.1% wins)
For comparison Jeff Fisher has a better overall winning percentage (173-165, 51.2%) and literally nobody wants him coaching their team.

Gruden as HC, with a great OL Coach and his own Offensive Staff, combined with the entire current LSU Defensive Staff, would absolutely work at LSU! Libtard Wokesters don't like him because he used a "Bad Word" in an e-mail.
All the little "18 and Under" Virgin Geek Rantknockers think he's too old.
Pumptards and their Boyfriends don't care because they'll support anybody.

Knowledge of the game is important, but it’s not the only factor especially in the era of NIL and the portal. Belichick knows defenses. I remember his defenses from his New York Giant’s days. It’s not been easy for him at UNC to stop teams. How exactly is Gruden supposed to fit into modern college football? I’ll let you answer. I like Gruden for the NFL but I don’t see the fit here?

Dude hasn't been a coach in college since the early 90s. The fact that people keep bringing him up anyway is annoying.

Has Gruden even expressed any real desire to coach college football? I mean sincere desire(not just talk) as in seriously interviewing for college jobs?

No that would be Mike Tomlin and him winning it with all of Bill Cowher’s players. Haven’t won a playoff game in a decade, yet he’s still there dribbling his awful Tomlinisms every press conference after a bad loss.
