Not necessarily a bad thing. He delays this into December all those government furloughs get the ax. I think the administration can also whack a bunch more starting Dec. 1.

2) but more importantly...if this gets delayed into decemeber it helps get rid of a ton of workers doesnt it? isnt there a thing where if it last past dec 1st it allows trump to get rid of a bunch of the non essential workers?
