It's not unheard of to issue pardons in the midst of a term.
That it's 2020 election-related is what has me tuned in. This could clear the way to blowing the lid open on the whole thing.
If the pardoned are called to testify, then they must be totally forthcoming with the truth or risk perjury, yes?
Then they lay it all on the table.
We've looked at what that looks like on the other side, but I've never considered what sort of testimonial freedom that would give our own folks.

He can’t pardon her for state crimes she pled guilty to in Georgia or anyone else that was found guilty or pleaded guilty like Sidney Powell.

I mean he shouldn't have pardoned Ellis federally either.
