Education: Graduated from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Outside of officiating, Allen is the executive director of the N.C. Senior Games and the CEO of a non-profit organization.
He also serves as a clinic leader and booking supervisor for the Southern Officials Association.
During a past game against the Saints, he is the ref that allowed the Panthers to have 12 men in the huddle on numerous occasions.
CSP objected all game because no penalties were called.
A controversial pass interference cost the Saints the game.
Payton contacted the Competition Committee about this ref’s homer bias.
There is no way he should be allowed to call this game.

Defense needs to physically take him out.

Why is someone who lives in NC allowed to call a Panthers game?
