Somebody correct me if I'm got any details wrong here, but Herbstreit said on Gameday that Iowa-Oregon is going to be cold and dreary conditions, ending at night, and that Iowa would be down 15-13 and kick a field goal in the waning seconds to win 16-15.

Yeah if it ends 16-15, he called it. Not the way he said but the score will be correct if the game finishes 16-15.
