Hell, I would take out a 50 year mortgage. What do I care, I'll be long dead before it's paid off, gimme them lower payments.

The house that’s $300,000 at 2.9% APR over 50 years would look like this

— Monthly payment: ˜ $1,187.50
— Total paid over 50 years: ˜ $712,500
— Total interest paid: ˜ $412,500

May as well make it a 100 years. Low payments and no one pays it off.

Its either something like this, or lower rates none of you want or a massive crash which seems to be what everyone wants

Then when that happens they will cry they lost all their equity

Fannie just ditched the 620 DU score and the new Advantage score so we at least have this admin trying

But you also have ppl celebrating their 30yr fixed rate

You admitted to committing return fraud at Academy. Someone able to pay cash for a house isn't committing return fraud over fishing reels, scammer

If your house arrived in the back of a F150 it doesn’t get a 50 year mortgage

Exactly. You have to live somewhere and it will be better than renting.

If you can earn more in the market than you’re paying in interest you’re winning. Plus appreciation plus interest write-off.

Didn’t Warren buffet say something along the lines of that he would’ve been better off just to rent his house always?
