My electric bill has been a steady $250-$300/month for the past 3 years

This last bill was $146.00 - I didn’t travel or do anything out of the norm

Oh and I drove by the QuickTrip by may house $2.50/gallon - was $2.59 a few days ago

I know Panicans and TDS hate when facts are shown to them but prices are coming down - at least where I live

Mild weather the past month. Used a lot less AC. And probably had the inside temp a bit cooler so the refrigerator didn't have to work as hard.

Well I could say that but my AC is on a schedule no matter what the temp is inside the house. I haven’t changed the schedule since moving into the place 3 years ago. I’ve looked back at previous bills and this has been the cheapest electric bill I have had in 3 years

It still has to do less work when the outside temperature is 75 than when it's 90.

Do you get paid to post propaganda?

How in the frick is your bill the same price all year round? Do you not have air conditioning? My bill is about $250-$300 a month in the summer and about $180 in the winter. All because of how much my AC runs.

I mean why is one of your examples obvious bullshite? You really couldn't find anything else to cite?

Some times variations in bills come when there are shorter or longer billing cycles between meter reads. Let’s say you meter was read on the 15th of the month. Then the month is a 30 day month like September, so you have one less full day in the billing cycle, then the meter reader comes read your meter on the 10th. So now your bill is 6 days less, so your bill will be way less, but it will come back up the following month when there are 31 days plus they read your meter later giving you a bill of nearly 40 days.

Now variations on the days that meters are read should be on a more regular interval with “smart” readers and meters with integrated cellular connectivity to phone home usage and outages.

You seriously think your electricity price went down? You used less, that's why your bill is lower.

Fuel prices are down, but that's about it. Fewer Mexicans going to work, less demand.

I don't give a frick what your bill is. I live in GA, where do you live? What? Alabama? Newsflash - Electric is not the same price for each state.

I am telling you what mine has been and there has been a sharp price decrease on my bill from last month to this month - In other words, I have never paid under $200 in this house since I moved in it 3 years ago.

Funny how yo didn't comment on my gas price either. That means that you have seen a decrease in gas prices - Am I lying with Propaganda about that too you dumbfrick?

I live in Florida. Everyone's bill changes from month to month, nobody sets their AC the way you claim.

Are you even 18? Because you don't sound like someone who has ever actually paid a bill in their life.

If you say so. I just checked our bill. We used 70 more kWh this month this year than last year and our bill is like $12 more this month this year than last year. $196 to $208. The avg temp this month last year was 80 and it was 82 this year.
