One silver lining. The judge ruled against a motion to dismiss for vindictive prosecution. Shows how difficult those motions are to win (even in Democrat jurisdictions) and hopefully predicts that the same motions by Comey and James will also fail:

Prosecution dropped the ball. They should have claimed the ICE agent had a food allergy. He could have died.
