What is the gerrymandering endgame?

Has anyone done an analysis of Texas v California and all of the other states to see where this eventually ends up?
Virginia (if the state passes next years referendum) will probably lose 3+ Republican seats.
Just curious if there’s any data out there showing how many possible seats with trifectas dems have vs republicans.

Great question--it's all so stupid that this has started up again. We went so long without this foolishness.

Everything I’ve read says that the Republicans have a substantial advantage in potential gerrymandering.
It’s why as bad as last night was, there is some hope for the midterms and beyond because of the nature of the potential maps and another huge advantage republicans could have is the Louisiana Supreme Court case.

The goal for Dems has been, and continues to be, total disenfranchisement of republicans.
Republicans have been slow to the game and are also starting to play catch up.
Democrats decry the same rules being used against them as "unfair", after having been doing it for a long time now.
Crazy.

It's like NASCAR.
When the other teams come up with a way to go a little faster you need to copy it or you're a loser.

Wrong.
The D's have had great success in it.
See states like Illinois, Massachusetts, New Mexico. where there are over 40% R registered voters and few if any R districts.
You did not know about it until the R's started fighting fire with fire. .
