They don't live in Houston. They live in the burbs. What is the racial make up of the Houston city council (hint... no Arabic spoken)? And an old white man was just elected less than a year ago over (deceased) Sheila Jackson Lee. But yall go on with your panic.

Yeah…I was gonna say, a place like Sugar Land, is more likely to be before Houston.
Unfortunately.
Sugar Land is a good burb that appears to manage their budget well. And I will say, the Mayor is more a figurehead. In a place like SL, the City Manager is more the CEO, and then there’s the City Council.
