I’m glad to hear this, it’s brilliant sending tariff revenues to pay as much as possible - we need to win the PR war on this , especially with midterms looming

quote:

The Trump administration is still sending partial food aid benefits for nearly 42 million Americans this month, despite the president’s recent threat to withhold federal funding until the shutdown ends.

“The administration is fully complying with the court order. I just spoke to the president about it. The recipients of these SNAP benefits need to understand it’s going to take time to receive this money because the Democrats have forced the administration into a very untenable position,” White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified in remarks to reporters Tuesday.

Keep an eye out for premium beef on sale at your local store.

Panic over Trump cutting EBT might have these stores marking down premium cuts.

Just bought 25lbs of Choice T-bones for 8.87 a lb. Got em vacuum sealed and they in the deep freeze right now.

Thank you sweet orange bastard!

Should go back to giving them government cheese, rice and beans.

Or as someone suggested, MRE's!

May have been a one off deal, but also may be the result of EBT'ers buying prime cuts and reselling for cash at zero cost basis.

In any event, makes no sense that they selling Choice beef at more than 50% off.
