Every time ive been laid off it has always followed an Indian being put into a high ranking position in the company like CTO or VP of Technology

Working with Indians is tedious at best. These people are the most vehemently bull headed with their beliefs and when shown clearly that they are incorrect...they double down and say shite like, "the computer must have a glitch" or "that is not an Indian computer".

Once you hire one indian in a decision making role you basically hire them all

Lmao. I worked for AA back at the turn of the century and went through their massive shift to cheaper labor via the regional airline. Went from people making damn good money to suddenly top out was $15/hr and the resultant customer service to match. Total shitshow compared to what it had been. Now it’s going to get worse.

4 of the 5 top executive jobs in my company have recently been filled by Indians. Started at CEO and quickly led to new Chief People Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and now new role of Chief Growth Strategy Officer. Just CFO and CIO left that aren’t. Feels like Frisco, Texas.
