LUNCH THREAD: “Well that sucks” edition

Afternoon all.
Brought my lunch today. Spaghetti (it was wonderful) and a couple apples and peanut butter.
Sliced my apples up first and grabbed the jar of Peter Pan peanut butter, unscreeed the lid - IT’S CRUNCHY pb.
Well- that sucks. Plain apples it is.

When my kids were younger, I'd have the older one make both of their lunches for school.
My son, the younger one, was very particular about his PBJ. My daughter made his peeberjay with crunchy one day and he was pissed- accused her of putting rocks in his sandwich.
Lunch- leftover burger, pistachios, leftover candy.

I cannot stand crunchy pb. And your son is 100% right! It’s like eating rocks
The only reason I keep it in the pantry, if for my dumb kiddos who like the nasty stuff.
