I use to get excited about CBB season, NIL killed that. I can't even follow teams anymore because I don't know who's playing for them year to year.

I wonder what ratings look like for college basketball. I know college football is doing well but sometimes I wonder if as many people as say 10-15 years ago are keeping up with college basketball.

Same. I’ll tune into March Madness, but regular season is hard to get into. I need rosters pulled up for every team it seems. I used to get so hyped for a preseason tourney battle between Kentucky and Duke.

I love the early season tournaments. Perfect complement to football on the weekends.

I'll watch some of Florida @ Arizona, and some of the 9:30 PM Eastern Washington @ UCLA. I love watching a little late night CBB the same as I do watching West Coast CFB after I get in the bed.
I always liked to watch the tournaments from Hawaii and Alaska every year too. Last season there were some great matchups in the Players Era Festival tournament.

Totally random, but I had absolutely zero idea AJ Storr was still in college / at Ole Miss. Four colleges in four years after being at four high schools and verbally committed to Illinois

LSU has made me detest CBB to the highest degree.

Other than the usual teams (Duke, Kansas, Kentucky, Gonzaga, etc.) who is supposed to be good this year?
What about the smaller, former Big East schools (I loved watching the Big East Tournament in the 90's and 2000's more than March Madness)?
I like watching the small tournaments around Thanksgiving break for some reason...some over Christmas break...then, once January hits, I kind of lose interest until conference tournaments.

It’s actually impressive

Can you tell whoever owns TNT/TRU to stop showing the same game on both channels? It's stupid, cheap, and lazy. Either go all the way in or get the F out.

This Florida/Arizona game feels like an Elite 8 game

I just flipped it on. Has Bryce James got in at all?

Nbadraft.net currently has Peat going 24th in the 2027 NBA draft, so unless he has a meteoric rise, probably not.

3 freshman started and another came off the bench.
James didn’t play at all.
Peat, a freshman, scored 30 and looked like a top 5 pick.

Yeah he looked good. His frame did not look like a college freshman.
