100s of Billions in revenue would disappear and worse, without the leverage of tariffs billions in planned foreign investments in the U.S. could vanish.
Probably kick off a new depression.

Its not DJT but Congress. They have all the power on tariffs. Any power given to a President can be enlarged or removed by congress.
So there lies the issue for those who know.

Without tariffs it would allow another country to charge $1 for a car and put US carmakers out of business. Of course thats exaggerated but thats the point. Commie countries can do that as they control their people and can make them work for peanuts and no bene’s plus have smaller regulations.
